Accessibility statement

KIIT Solutions strives to make the website business-tippspiel.de accessible in accordance with the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the underlying standards. This statement applies to the website named. This statement was drawn up on 26 July 2026 and is based on an internal review carried out on that date.

Compliance status

This website was developed to the standard of EN 301 549 (broadly equivalent to WCAG 2.1 AA) and additionally aims for WCAG 2.2 AA: semantic HTML, contrast meeting the AA requirements, keyboard operability throughout including the ordering process, visible focus and respect for "prefers-reduced-motion". The requirements are currently largely, but not fully met — the deviations known to us are listed under "Known limitations".

Known limitations

A few decorative elements (e.g. large brass numerals) sit deliberately at the AA contrast threshold; they carry no meaning and are hidden from screen readers.

An internal review on 26 July 2026 identified several deviations, which we resolved the same day: the markup and announcement of the category switcher on the pricing page, support for browser autofill in the address fields of the ordering process, visible marking of required fields, the behaviour of the feature lists under text-only enlargement, the labelling of three controls on the English pricing page, and the legibility of error messages in dark appearance.

Remaining known limitation: the consent banner at the bottom of the screen can obscure the currently focused field when filling in forms via the keyboard. We are addressing this next; until then the banner can be dismissed before filling in a form by making your cookie choice.

Description of the service

Through this website we sell “Business-Tippspiel”, a prediction-game platform provided as a service in the customer’s own corporate design. You can find information on the packages, compare prices, use the configurator and demo instances, create a customer account, place a paid order, and manage invoices, contract documents and support requests in your account. The entire ordering process can be operated without a mouse; you additionally receive all contract documents as PDFs by email.

Applicable legal requirements

This statement is based on § 14 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) in conjunction with Annex 3 No. 1 of its implementing regulation. The technical requirements follow the harmonised European standard EN 301 549 as amended, which references the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
