Prediction game scoring systems explained
The most common scoring system is the 3/2/1 logic: three points for the exact result, two for the correct goal difference, one for the correct tendency. It is fair, quick to understand and keeps casual predictors in the race, because a correct tendency still counts.
Custom scoring adds tension: adjust point values or activate a knockout multiplier that weights later tournament rounds more heavily. That keeps the table open until the final — and the appeal of checking back every matchday high.
